One Chair Hair Salon and Suites was founded by Cassie Celuch. Cassie launched her lifestyle brand, By Cassandra and later added Cassandra’s Closet. The affordable fashion resale boutique includes personal styling services, for the budget-minded — and soon the salon will add two more One Chair Hair stylists — under the By Cassandra brand’s umbrella, based at One Chair Hair, 226 N. Main St., Edwardsville.
